Taiwan Cheng Sheng was established in 1988 after becoming independent from Hong Shin Foundry Industries Co. Ltd. (founded in 1980). Taiwan Cheng Sheng is an ISO-9001 certified company with 150 employees. In order to strengthen our competitive advantages, Taiwan Cheng Sheng has established strong ties and cooperation with Meehanite Metal Company USA, as well as forging strong relationships with our major business partners in Asia, Europe, and North and South America.

Taiwan Cheng Sheng produces Ductile Iron and Grey Iron castings from 5kg to 75 tonnes. No job is too large or too small. And as we continue to invest in foundry equipment and adopt the latest casting technologies, Taiwan Cheng Sheng is positioned to deliver your best casting now and in the future.
1980 Hong Shin (Huang Sheng) Foundry Industries Co., Ltd. founded.
1982 Hong Shin Plant No.1 established and began operation.
1985 Hong Shin Plant No. 2 established and began operation.
1988 Taiwan Cheng Sheng Metal Co., Ltd. established.
1989 Hong Shin Plant No. 3 established and began operation. Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 1 established.
1990 Production commenced at Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 1.
1993 Hong Shin Plant No. 4 and Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 2 established.
1994 Production commenced at Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 2.
1996 Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 3 established.
1998 Production commenced at Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 3.
1999 ISO-9002 International Quality Certification granted.
2000 Complied with ISO-9000 International Quality Certification revisions. ISO-9001 International Quality Certification granted.
2002 Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 4 construction started.
2004 February - Taiwan Cheng Sheng Plant No. 4 operational.

Taiwan Cheng Sheng specializes in the manufacture of high quality cast iron products for the machine tool industry and mechanical equipment manufacturers. Some of our more common products include castings for plastic injection molding machines (50-3000 tonnes), rubber machines, hydraulic machines, general purpose machines, and nut and bolt forming machines. We produce castings as large as 75tonnes and as small as 5kg. After years of development Taiwan Cheng Sheng is a casting provider on par with others from advanced industrial nations and satisfies customers from Japan, North America and Europe.
